We ship to all 50 United States only.
Standard U.S. Delivery
orders will arrive within
5 to 10 business days following actual shipment. Next Day, 2nd Day, and three day shipping is available to any United States location. You will have the opportunity to select those options during the checkout process. We can not ship merchandise to P.O. Boxes or military APO boxes.
All deliveries are handled by United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, or USPS (United States Posal Service) and are insured for the protection of all parties involved.
If you would like us
to ship your order to a different address than your billing address you
may do so at no extra charge. Please call to enable us to provide this service.
Please make sure your shipping address information is 100% accurate and
complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay shipping and
receipt of your order. You will be charged a fee to correct the
address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).
During the Holiday time period, please consider expedited shipping options
to insure that your package arrives in time.

only and are subject to change without notice. We deem the prices listed on this site to be current, and the
price charged to you on your order to be the same as indicated
at the time of your purchase. However, if after a sale has been
made and the price for the purchased item has been adjusted downward,
we will gladly offer you a price adjustment if you notify us by

14 days of your purchase.
If your order information
indicates you are shipping to or within the State of Florida,
we are required to collect 7.00% Florida State Sales Tax. The
actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable product, shipping, and taxes as calculated
at the time your order is placed.
Returns And Exchanges
Please refer back to
the top of this page and the definition of Customer Service.
The bottom line is we want you, as our customer,
to be happy. Therefore, every effort will be made to satisfy
you should you encounter defective merchandise, merchandise damaged during
shipping or otherwise. Listed below are some guidelines
we'd like you to follow to aid in this process:
MERCHANDISE: It is the responsiblity of the customer to determine suitablity of a product prior to placing the product in service as we do not have a buy it and try it allowance policy. Special orders are not returnable. All non-defective un-opened products are guaranteed for a period of 21 days from receipt. We will gladly
accept all non-defective returns for a refund during that
21 day period.
We will not refund your purchase
if item is returned in un-sellable condition. We do not refund
shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning
the item to us. For your protection, we suggest you insure the return for the full purchase price. Upon receipt, the product will go to our warehouse who will review the return for acceptability and then to the accounting department to issue the refund or exchange. Returned merchandise MUST be in its original condition, including boxes and packing materials.
We will only credit the credit card used for the original purchase
or you can receive credit towards another purchase.
- You MUST Call
or Contact Us to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
and shipping instructions prior to returning any merchandise.
- Returns received without prior contact and a Returned Merchandise Authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Un-opened returns received with a Returned Merchandise Authorization during the first 21 days are not subject to a restocking fee.
- Opened returns in original box with all components received with a Returned Merchandise Authorization during the first 21 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All refused shipments may be charged a 10% restocking fee and associated shipping charges.
Special orders are not returnable.
Loaded Ammunition is not returnable under any circumstances!
Again, we DO NOT reimburse any shipping costs in either direction for your shipment or return.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: All
defective merchandise must be Called or E-Mailed
in to us immediately, not to exceed 5 days from receipt of your
order. Our vendors require that they be notified during
this time frame, consequently, there are no exceptions. ALL DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS are handled by the respective manufacturer. Please call the manufacturer, do not call us, for any defective items or warranty issues.
INCORRECT MERCHANDISE: Should we have sent the wrong item, we will have the incorrect item picked up and the correct item shipped to you. Please Call or E-Mail us immediately, not to exceed 5 days from receipt of your

Out Of Stock, Backordered, Or Pre-Release Items
Merchandise posted on
this site is in-stock as of the last time our vendors inventory was updated. Backorders are items ordered that may not be in stock for various reasons at the time they are ordered. We will notify the customer with the backorder status including the estimated time it may be until the item is back in stock. We will also automatically keep the item on backorder status and fill the order immediately when it returns to stock, unless you the customer cancels the backorder. We will also pay any additional shipping costs related to split shipping due to an unfortunate backorder. Either you the customer or we may cancel any backorder at any time by simply notifying the other party of the intended action.
To provide you with 1st access to new items, we sometimes place Pre-Release products on the website for the purpose of allowing you to reserve an item that will be in high demand when the product begins shipping from the manufacturer. We are willing to place these products for reservation through the website - no payments or charges are made until the product comes in and ships. Pre-Release orders MUST be placed by calling us. The terms and description of a new product are subject to change by this site or the manufacturer. In the event of a price change you will be notified. If the price is higher than your reservation, then your order will be cancelled and you will need to place a new order. If the price is lowered we will automatically lower your price. In either case we will notify you. Product pre-release reservations are subject to cancellation for any reason.
